Our Return Policy in short

  • Contact Dailydrinks before returning any items.
  • You can return the product within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in new condition and have no damage and signs of use.
  • To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
  • Want to switch to another size of the same product? You can do that, just contact us.
  • If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

Return Policy

Please contact Dailydrinks before returning any items with an explanation why you want to return the item.

It is necessary that the consumer controls the delivered item upon receive to verify that the order is error free and that the correct products has been delivered. At the complaint, the customer contacts Dailydrinks and gives information relevant and the reason for the complaint.

Return Conditions

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition without any signs of use and in new condition as when the delivery was shipped. If the product is used, has damages or is in any way harmed, the item can not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. DalyDrinks recommends sending your returning item with a tracking ID and giving it to us so it can easily be traced if needed

Dailydrinks will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to refund the money to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case and preferably with a reason to your complaint.

DailyDrinks will not stand for the shipping cost of a returning an item

Returning A Package

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. Dailydrinks is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges occurred  are the responsibility of the customer. If the returning product(s) is by some reason lost in the mail, we can not give a refund. The refund of the returning package will be made once we receive it.

Want to switch to another size of the same product?

E-mail us, provide your customer information, and tell us you want to change size & send back the product with a note with the size you wish to receive in exchange.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us within 7 days after your order has been made.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Dailydrinks reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.

Product names, logos, brands, and other trademarks that may or may not be featured or referred to within Dailydrink´s products are the property of their respective trademark holders. These trademark holders are not affiliated with Dailydrinks, our products, or our website in any way.
